Medicare provides rebates ($55.10 per session) for 5 allied health professional visits (including Dietitians) per calendar year for people with a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan. This plan needs to be completed by the GP and brought to your Dietitian appointment. 

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment as a courtesy for other clients.  To avoid the cancellation fee a clinic consultation can be arranged later the same day if there is an appointment slot available in person or by phone. The cancellation fee is the full fee of cost of the appointment

Home visits are available for those having difficulty coming to clinic due to illness, mobility issues, family commitments, family consults and group homes.  Additional fees may apply depending on location.  Please enquire when making a booking. DVA and NDIS participant services are available.

Telehealth consults (phone or video (zoom)) are available for those who want more flexibility with attending appointments, have difficulty coming to clinic due to mobility / travel issues or for inter and intrastate clients.
